As a seasoned builder and developer, Mark has established successful business and community partnerships throughout the Bay Area, Central California, Sacramento, Colorado Springs, Las Vegas, and Portland, Oregon. He is passionate about creating distinctive projects that emphasize character, craftsmanship, and long-term value for tenants, homeowners, and communities. Mark holds an MBA in Real Estate Venture and Acquisition Management from the University of North Alabama, a B.A. in Economics and Sociology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and a Certificate in Project Management from Portland State University. He is also a Licensed Construction Contractor.

Rafael is a co-founder of the company and a highly experienced residential and commercial general contractor with over 20 years in the construction industry. He oversees projects from start to finish, manages on-site teams, and leads with a hands-on approach that ensures every detail is executed to the highest standard. Since becoming co-founder of New Alliance in 2019, Rafael has continued to lead a wide range of projects, from small-scale remodels to large developments, always with a focus on delivering lasting quality and 100% client satisfaction. His positive, “can-do” attitude and ability to inspire his crew have made him a trusted leader on and off the job site. Rafael is known for building long-term relationships based on trust, reliability, and consistently exceeding expectations. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, which he considers the most important part of his life.

As Investor Relations Manager, TJ collaborates closely with Mark Vuong and the team to expand and strengthen our investors community. He plays an integral role in maintaining strong relationships and cultivating trust between the company and its stakeholders. TJ is deeply committed to the company’s mission, values, and its sincere dedication to community building and support. TJ has been married to his wife, Cindy, for over ten years, and they are proud parents of four wonderful children. Currently pursuing her architecture degree at the University of Oregon, she is fascinated by how well-built foundations contribute to both the safety and longevity of structures. At just 32, he has dedicated his career to transforming houses into dream homes, perfecting every detail from structural renovations to aesthetic enhancements. His expertise spans carpentry, flooring, and design—making him a one-stop expert in home improvement.
