Concordia Student Housing
A ground-up, four-story student housing community featuring 34 residences, ground-floor retail, and on-site parking. Developed in partnership with Concordia University through a 10-year master lease that secured occupancy from day one.
OVERLOOK, PORTLAND
Kaya Camilla
A four-story, 36-unit mixed-use development on a prominent 10,000-square-foot corner site in Portland's Overlook neighborhood. Located just minutes from Kaiser, Daimler, and Adidas campuses, the project benefits from strong, sustained demand drivers.

New Alliance has partnered with Cathie Ross and Mobility Rules to build a community designed for active adults and for families raising children on the autism spectrum.
