What motivates you to continue this work every day?

The opportunity to create something meaningful.

Whether it's helping a family find a place to call home, supporting a business, or building a stronger community, I'm motivated by the chance to make a positive and lasting impact. That's what inspires me to keep building every day.

Can you share a story about someone whose life was positively impacted through New Alliance?

Some of the most rewarding moments come when a project helps restore independence or gives someone the opportunity to live more comfortably and confidently. Seeing that transformation reminds us why this work matters.

Every project is different, but the common thread is the same: creating spaces that improve people's quality of life and give them the opportunity to thrive.

How has working with individuals facing mobility challenges changed your perspective on life?

It has taught me empathy, perspective, and a greater appreciation for the importance of accessibility. I've learned that accessibility isn't a luxury—it's essential to creating environments where everyone can live with dignity and independence.

Through my wife's journey with muscular dystrophy and my experience working in senior housing, I've seen firsthand how thoughtful design can make everyday life safer, easier, and more fulfilling.

What do you hope people feel when they interact with New Alliance for the first time?

I hope they feel heard, respected, and valued.

From the very first conversation, I want people to know they have a team that genuinely cares about their goals and is committed to helping them succeed. More than anything, I want them to feel like they're part of the Alliance.

For someone hearing about New Alliance for the first time, how would you describe what it is and what it does?

New Alliance is a development and construction company built on the power of partnership.

We bring together an alliance of professionals, craftsmen, consultants, and community partners to turn our clients' vision into reality while creating lasting value for families, businesses, and communities.

What sets us apart is our commitment to five core pillars: The Village Mindset, A Family Environment, Unified Stewardship, Lifelong Partnership, and Community Legacy.

Everything we do is guided by our mission: to build communities and lasting legacies through the power of alliance and partnership.

What makes New Alliance different from other resources available to people with disabilities, seniors, or those facing mobility challenges?

We take a people-first approach. We don't just focus on construction—we focus on the individual, their goals, and how thoughtful design can improve their independence, comfort, and quality of life.

Our experience in senior housing, combined with my family's personal journey, gives us a unique perspective and a deeper understanding of the challenges many people face. We approach every project with empathy, purpose, and a commitment to creating communities where people can thrive.

Why is it important to have a network of trusted professionals working together rather than separately?

Because no one has all the answers.

Our Village Mindset is built on the belief that the best outcomes happen when talented people work together toward a common goal. Architects, engineers, contractors, lenders, city officials, investors, families, and community partners all play an important role in creating successful projects.

That's why we chose the name New Alliance.

We chose "Alliance" instead of words like "Construction" or "Development" because an alliance is about relationships, not transactions. A contractor builds a project. An alliance builds a legacy.

Whether it's our employees, trade partners, consultants, investors, or clients, we believe the best results happen when everyone is working toward the same vision. That's why one of our core pillars is The Village Mindset. We believe it takes a village to build a dream—and our role is to bring that village together.

When people unite around a shared purpose, extraordinary things become possible.
